Tears
A tearful face is a familiar sight,
Do we discern the reason insight?
Tears have oodles to say,
to articulate oneself in dismay.
Tears visit on many occasions,
Tears seize our human emotion.
Tears are known by different names,
Let us call some of them.
Tears of pride, tears in fear,
Crocodile tears, don’t you dare!
Tears in delight, tears in distress,
tears in company, tears in regret.
Tears of sorrow, tears of joy,
Tears assist, tears destroy.
Tears, a part in our life
Yes, they reside in our eyes.
When called they always come,
And befriend us in shade and sun
